Makeup ideas please?????????????

I have hazel BLUE eyes. Not hazel, not blue, HAZEL BLUE. And I'm kind of at a loss for what I should do with my eyeshadow since my eye-color is a little weird. Sometimes they look a little more blue than hazel but any tips, tricks or advice would help a lot! Any brand of makeup I should be using too would be extremely helpful too! (Right now I use an Avon 8 color pallet-nude shades, Maybelline One by One Volume Express dark brown mascara.)Rememberr I'm 14 so I don't really want anything too "grownup". Thanks!!!!
