Frequent UTI's since I was little?

When I as little I would get UTI's quite often, so often that when I was 2 I had to get a catheda inserted to make sure everything was okay and I have also had many ultrasounds. At sleepovers, if it was cold or I had a glass of soda before bed I would wake up with a UTI. It also happened more often when I was stressed. I stopped having UTI's for about 8 years and it started again recently when I became sexually active. I lost my virginity at 17, I am now 18 and have had six or so UTI's in the last year, I am wondering why I am so prone to UTI's, it's getting especially bad- in the last month I've had 3 more...and they seem to be getting much more painful. Does anyone know why I might be getting recurring symptoms and why this always happens to me? I have excellent hygiene and my GP's at a loss... Thanks

Daughter says ceiling comes down and floor comes up when she is laying in bed, any ideas why?

When my four-year-old is laying in bed she says the floor feels like it is coming up and the ceiling is coming down. She does not do this other places. She also tells us that when we are standing by her bed that we look too far away, again not something she says other times. She has no other symptoms like dizziness or headache, and we have tested her vision by having her focus on things and read to us. What should i know about cheerleading?

I tried other sports, but honestly, i can't throw or catch balls or run for miles. I was thinking about cheer leading, but i have no experience in gymnastics. How do you get over a phobia?

Okay so I am terrified of all insects except for flies, mosquitoes, and bees and I have been since I was a kid (I'm guessing around 5ish). Before I was afraid of them I used to love insects and arachnids but then I started getting recurring nightmares about them and the fear has stuck. I don't want to be afraid anymore and I don't want my friends and family to continue making fun of me but I get nauseated when I talk about, see, or even think about them and I start hyperventilating sometimes. I think girls think I'm ugly, and I don't know what to do?

So I always thought myself as attractive till about 13~ and then I started blaming things for my unattractiveness. First, it was my acne, but now that's pretty controlled. Then, I thought it was my nose because my nose is kinda big (not like a circus freak big or anything) but really when it comes down to it I think its my overall face structure. I have short very dark brown hair, average brown eyes, a very protruded brow ridge (my biggest insecurity), average ears, very defined jawline (little less than Brad Pitt), and pretty nice lips (not thin). I am super nice to girls I think because it's so hard to get one to even pay attention to me, but not overly nice to where I would creep them out. I am average at talking to girls, and am especially funny. I wear cologne, make sure I have good breath, and wear clothes in style. Recurring floater in my eye again?

Homemade go kart's front wheel bend in while driving?

For some reason when I get in my go kart and after a foot of driving the front wheels kind of buckle and tilt so that the top is facing in and the bottom is facing out (it also stops me from moving forward). I have a suspension system (consisting of pivoting axles on each individual wheel and then a shock on that). Someone told me that its doing that because it's not supported enough and another person told me that it's because the shocks are not stiff enough (and that I should use a c spanner wrench to push it up more grooves). The other weird thing is that when I pull the kart in reverse the tires go back into the right position.

Best way to deal with funky betta water?

My friend was looking after (or supposed to be) my betta while I was away for 3 months. I got back yesterday and my betta does not look so good, laying on the sand. My friend confesses he never changed the water! What is the best way to go about this? Do I put the fish in a smaller tank and completely clean his tank and refill with all fresh water? I have a wierd question about a recurring sequence of numbers that I'm always noticing around me and it has to do with my birthday but my birthday isn't really my birthday. Upgrading 7 speed MTB to a 9 speed? and...?

Ok so I'm upgrading shifters so I thought I might as well upgrade to a 9 speed. I measured the spacing for the rear wheel and I got 134.5mm.... Now, is this enough spacing to fit a 9 speed, or better yet a 10 speed cassette?.... Now concerning the derailuer hanger. Are all made to fit the same way on any MTB? Private College vs. Public College?

Look at this situation in the context of opportunity cost. With each option, consider what you would be giving up on the other side. The top accredited school would offer a much better education and career field options but would give up possibly staying out of debt. On the other side the smaller college will keep you out of debt but gives up the opportunity to do something you enjoy. You need to decide if you can live with that decision 4 years down the road when its all said and done. Other factors to consider are the possibility of community colleges to start. If you go two years to a community college you will get smaller class sizes, not have to pay as much and if you transfer after two years the future employers will only see where you graduated last. Whether or not you went all four years is a load of poppycock(i love that word). Also, i can't attest to this personally but ive heard that scholarship money can become more accessible if you break dependency from your parents. I would definately weigh the options in that scenario because it is not a decision to make lightly but the government does offer more money for college if your not dependent. An extreme option i know but its something to consider. The final suggestion i have is just to look at different colleges. I'm sure your whole state doesn't boil down to two colleges that offer your major. Talk to a counselor that knows more than i do and figure out what works for you. Doing one thing will give up the opportunity to do something else. Opportunity cost, plain and simple.

Why do people worry about me?

Okay, I have a beach body program "rev abs" and it's a 90 day program, Monday through Saturday.... I work twelve hour warehousew shifts three to four days a week. I tried to this program and ended tiring myself for about a week so I'm going to do another type of workout until I I find another job.. So this is my workout: Monday, wendsday, Friday; I do 30 straight mins of pilatease, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; I do squats into shoulder raise/ with 50lbs dumbbells "5x5, and the Ab wheel roller for my abs, and that's it. So do you think I'd get results from this?? I mean hey, some working out is better than nothing....

Red rings on palm are probably eczema, but could they be anything else (besides ringworm)?

note: I don't have access to a dermatologist. For the past several years I've gotten recurring red rings on the skin of my left palm, and only my left palm. They start as small raised red rings and slowly grow larger, the ring "breaking" apart and becoming lopsided or incomplete, and then fading. They're not dry, but they're slightly itchy and tend to be sensitive to heat or pressure. I don't think it's ringworm because it's never appeared on any other part of my body and I've had it no matter where I lived/what daily routine I had. I don't go to gyms or share exercise equipment. I assume it's just eczema, and might be related to a food allergy (I had severe food allergies and eczema as a little kid), but it seems strange that it only shows up on the palm of my left hand. I was wondering if anyone had similar eczema symptoms. When I look up photos of eczema, my spots don't look anywhere near as severe. Also, eczema seems to usually be solid circles, not rings. So I'm kind of puzzled.

Basically, around three months ago, a boy a few years older than me, who I had been talking to frequently for about a week, began to show an unwanted romantic interest in me. Why am I so prone to cysts?

(LONG BUT COPE WITH ME) My grandma had been sick 4 sometime. Dr finally found out wat was wrong & had back surgery. My oldest aunt is the one who always took my grandma to the dr appointments. since I am currently unemployed (by choice). I have decided to go along with them to dr appointments. I was once a translator for drs & patients for after hr services. my aunt thought it would be a good idea if i started to come to all the appt. i didnt mind i like helping my grandma & anyone who needs translating. by the time of my gmas surgery they needed someone who spoke english&knew my gmas med hitory. all my aunts & uncles & my grandpa dont speak english. and my grandma is 82 & illiterate. so i said i can go in with her. i was with her for about 3 hrs translating, signing papers and explaining things to my gma. was with her in preop room.saw her go in the operating room. surgeon called me on cell to let me know how everything went when surgery was over etc. ive been following up with the drs. i am practically the only person who knows dr names and her rx info. there were some complications in my gmas surgery & in order to save her life they had to put in a IVC filter. i explained to my gma and she said its fine sweety sign...i did. everything was a success! I noticed my uncle the youngest of my gmas children started acting distant & stopped talking to me. today he came to my house being quiet and ok... then out of nowhere... he starts telling my aunt and my mom that they should have someone responsible making decisions for their mother! my mom got mad since im her daughter & was like no one is making decisions for mom she is. he said no! one of you guys should be taking care of her.... not someone who is going to change their mind and not be responsible. i said your talking about me and i dont make decisions for my grandma i explain things to her she decides 4 herself... he was like no you make decisions for her. tell her what she needs and what she has to do. it got heated up he started calling names & pointing fingers.i honestly only tell my grandma what the doctors tell her to do... which is to walk & not be laying down all the time because she needs the exercise.i tell her to eat because she doesn't really eat. i tell her to wear her back brace. etc. my gma doesnt want to she says shes too weak still ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH... she refuses to do any exercises complains about pains & doesnt want to leave the house without her wheelchair. ANYWAY he offended me said i am not responsible too young (23) and that i change my mind a lot about things &that im really a nobody to be taking care of his mother or making decisions for her. and that one of my grandmas daughters should be doing all of what i am doing instead of me. because im not reliable & he doesnt trust me. he yelled said bad words. called my aunt & mom names. i told him that i only tell the drs what she says but he wouldnt listen he said he would perfer my grandma to be at my other cousins house. & we all know that cousin doesnt want my gma at her house but he doesnt understand that. my mom told him that if he doesnt like me doing everything i do why doesnt he take care of her. he said he cant and blah blah it all lasted 2 hours of yelling,, screaming. & my gma defended him said we shouldnt upset her son he gets mad quick that we attacked him. he said he was never coming over to any of our houses anymore... it was crazy! my question is if he comes over... how should i act? what should i tell him? he has done other ****** up things to me & talked **** about me & my dad and mom before. but this! i mean come on!!! should i never speak to him again? should i be ok & not take it personal he is her son..wouldn't anyone else be kind of thankful im doing all of this? even my gmas social worker said shes surprised no one else knows anything about my grandma & that she likes dealing with me. My oldest aunt is the one who always took my grandma to the dr appointments. since I am currently unemployed (by choice). I have decided to go along with them to dr appointments. I was once a translator for drs & patients for after hr services. my aunt thought it would be a good idea if i started to come to all the appt. i didnt mind i like helping my grandma & anyone who needs translating. by the time of my gmas surgery they needed someone who spoke english&knew my gmas med hitory. all my aunts & uncles & my grandpa dont speak english. and my grandma is 82 & illiterate. so i said i can go in with her. i was with her for about 3 hrs translating, signing papers and explaining things to my gma. was with her in preop room.saw her go in the operating room. surgeon called me on cell to let me know how everything went when surgery was over etc. ive been following up with the drs. i am practically the only person who knows dr names and her rx info. there were some complications in my gmas surgery & in order to save her life they had to put in a IVC filter. i explained to my gma and she said its fine sweety sign...i did. everything was a success! it ALWAYS takes place at my school, and it's been going on for like 4 years now. when i was in 5-7 grade it would take place at my elementary school library (even though I stopped going to elementary school after 5th grade) and in 8th grade it would just take place at my middle school with some aspects of my elementary school as well, but I was never in the library. anyway what happens is that everyone is doing normal things and before I know it there is a zombie invasion....in some of my dreams before it would only last until the zombies would come after me and then I would wake up, but in this one it was way worse. a big crowd of kids and I are walking outside and we see our teachers guarding the doors. we keep walking and we see our other classmates, as we walk up to them we realize they are zombies and they attack everyone except for me and my friends, we run past the teachers guarding the doors and they have no reaction, we run down the hallways and all they door are locked except for the very last room at the end, we get in and when we walk in theres already people inside. this is random but then my ex-boyfriend started hitting me in my face. then I go out of the room with my friends to the big room next door and open it, nothing is in there and when we turn around the entire school including teachers has been turned into zombies except for the people in the room. the are coming down the hallway so we return to our room and lock it. im not sure how this happened but everyone in the room turned into a zombie and I was the only survivor so I escape and run away from the school and I see parents and cars at the end, so I try to run to them and I run past some trees, they burn down around me but I can get away,i get in my car and next thing I know Im in a restaurant with my brother and all my friends and noone is a zombie. my friend from elementary comes up to me and says "it was all a rumor" then it turns into a class and my teacher, my ex, and some others are in

Why does my Yahoo! Mail display a totally different message after I click on a certain message?

It's been a recurring problem that has been happening with me for around 3 months now or more! The problem is simply as follows: whenever I click on the subject of a certain e-mail message (say in INBOX, for example), a totally different e-mail message is displayed in the next screen (say from SPAM folder, for example). Sometimes, the message that is usually displayed instead of the intended message is usually the one that I've just read...I mean the one I read immediately before clicking on this new message that is never displayed. Surprisingly, the only way to sort this out is to right-click on the target message and ask windows to display it in another window or tab. But I don't like this option...and I'm worried that this problem is happening with me because of a bug or virus...any ideas or suggestions??? Best regards...

I'm a Canadian, working for a Canadian company that has hired a company within the USA to produce a product for us. I'm paid by the Canadian company, and I travel to the United States to go over the functional requirements of our product with the United States company. I just bought a 1991 F150 4X4 5 speed trans. Auto hubs stick 4X4. When i shift into 4hi or 4lo the light comes on but there is no noise what so ever. is this normal or is it the hubs? I also tried to test it but can't really tell if the front wheels are turning or not. When i did put it in 4lo you could tell the tcase was working.

A pressure Gauge put at each wheel will tell if the same pressure is being applied. Pistons binding in the bore and bad square cut seals or improperly installed bore seals can also cause this problem. Caliper slides that are binding will cause irregular wear, usually to one pad more than both. Improper brake pad application can also cause this problem. Hope this is of some help.

My nephew is 5 years old and out of control. He's my brothers son and I love him to death. I have a really small dog and when ever he comes to my house he tortures my dog. We know some times kids play rough with animals, but one day he came over and he had a ink pin in his hand and he stabbed my dog with the pin. I heard the dog crying so I went 2 c what happened, he told me and I asked why he did it and he told me he didn't know. I told his mother what he did only thing that came out of her mouth was"awww ". I'm sure any other parent would have told their child that what they did was wrong, but not her. Hmmm. This past Sunday we all went to my sisters to bring his birthday gifts, since my nephews mother doesn't want us to know where she stays. My mother had got him a card and put money in it, he opened the card and all the money feel on the floor, he wasn't going to pick it up until my mother told him to. He didn't even say thank, at the age of five u might have to stay on ur children about that, but his mother didn't even tell him to say Thank you, most normal mother's would tell their child to say thank you. My sister bought him a hot wheels set, he opened that gift up and said I already have this which is normal for a child to say at that age I guess, his mother said oh yeah he has that, she didn't tell him to say thank you. 5 months ago was diagnosed with iron deficient anemia and was suffering from these symptoms;paleness, excessive thirst, muscle pain and cramping, severe heel pain, muscle weakness, lack of interest in anything, ice chewing and shortness of breath, tired all the time. Doctor told me to take iron pills otc and within a day or two I was feeling fantastic. three months later still ok, but test says borderline anemic. two months ago insurance is gone and can't afford dr. these symptoms are recurring all of the sudden, muscle weakness, severe heel pain, shortness of breath, moderate thirst, very sleepy. I take zoloft 20mg. daily as well as omeprazole 20mg. and 1 iron tablet(feosol)65mg. what may be causing the symptoms to recur? any suggestions since I am un able to go to a dr. thanks.

Minor recurring knee pain? ?

It's the same for me! Apart from I'm 13 not 14. Anyway, I had fluid in my knee and injured it further while skiing. I had physio therapy for it and recently it's got worse again, but probably because I haven't done any of my excercises :L oh well, just go and get it checked out, especially if you are doing netball next season as it has a lot of strain on the knee from twisting and things.

My two options are 28inch with 5ms or a 32inch with 8.5ms. Ms is response time from the controller to TV. Standard TV's have 0ms so I understand it's going to feel a lot different. The second tv is 4 inches bigger but its has 3.5 more ms. So basically I have to choose; Bigger TV or better response time. Both TV's cost the same. If anyone has also had this issue if you know how long it took for you to get used too please message me and if you know if the difference between getting an 8ms or 5ms is going to be that significant. yes i do believe that your parents did intervene for the sake of your guests, but I'm a mum & if my kid planned to cook dinner for me & friends or whoever, I'd let them & it wouldn't matter if it tasted good or not like you said at least you tried, because for me if my kid even suggested to cook dinner at all would be a 'KODAK' moment, i wouldn't even be in the kitchen i'd be supervising from the kitchen window!! your parents should be proud that you even wanted to do it. BUT seriously parents will always be parents...& when you get older you'll be just like them to, trust me been there done that! And no you didnt over react.

Definately different and I'm sure it will appeal to a small group of riders, but most riders will shy away from it. That's just my opinion, although I could see it being great for handicapped riders. I'm sure the $25,000US will back a lot of people off. For that money, you could buy a Gold Wing or Harley dresser.

Burning pain between shoulder blades and a little lower?

Ok, In may 2010 i was in a car accident. i fell asleep at the wheel and hit a telephone pole. i have a slipped disk in my neck and one bulging in my back. I had to move some stuff out of a 2nd floor apt and my hand truck was broken so i just he hawd it. since then i have had this bad pain between my shoulder blades. only hurts bad when i sit up straight, if i lean forward it minimizes it. also i have muscle spams or twitches in my back. are these relates and what should i do.

I have a 2001 mitsubishi diamante. i've already changed my rear tires a few times in the last 6 months. my tires begin to thread on one side only, and you would not be able to see it unless you bend down and look at the tire underneath the car. my car also feels as if im driving on a sheet of ice when it rains or if the street is wet because it almost feels as if my back end is fishtailing. my steering wheel does not pull to any side when i let go of the wheel it will continue straight. but if any of my back tires hit a fold in the street or a bump my wheel jerks back and forth. my mechanic told me it was my tires but when i put a set of new (used) tires on there it didn't help. he has given me an alignment before but i don't know if it was only for the front wheels. i'm so tired of having problems with my tires...i just want it fixed. but i need to know what to do first. if i get another set of tires and a 4 wheel alignment will it solve my problem? do my tires in the front need to be the same size and brand as my tires in the back? please help!

Recurring nightmare from when I was a kid...?

Seems to me like something was in your life that you wanted to run away from or something that you wanted to depart from your presence but ended up sticking around longer due to matters beyond your control. The person sitting across from you is intriguing though... do you ever attempt to communicate with this person or do you really even acknowledge their presence? It could either be someone that you would like to help out by getting them away as well, or it could be the one person you want to rescue you but instead they just sit there. You don't have this dream anymore, do you? Just try to think back to when you last remember having the dream; about what age you were and what was going on in your life at the time, and go from there. Then again, I'm just speculating.

Your heart was in the right place and you deserve the right to show them you are this responsible but the timing wasn't right. Next time, do not tell them and you go ahead and prepare the meal all by yourself and then let them enjoy what you fix. As they do, you will know then that the next time you tell them the meal is being fixed by you, they will be happy to let you no matter who else is there. She might also have autism, which is a mental disorder that causes people to not grow up, they don't like too much change, and they just don't understand social etiquette. How do i get the outer part of a bearing in my wheel on my skateboard?

I was skateboarding and noticed my wheel stopped rolling. I took out my wheel and my bearing broke inside of my wheel and I tried to put a replacement bearing inside then it wouldn't go inside and i noticed that the outer part of the bearing was stuck inside of the wheel and I cant get it out.

Okay, I have a beach body program "rev abs" and it's a 90 day program, Monday through Saturday.... I work twelve hour warehousew shifts three to four days a week. I tried to this program and ended tiring myself for about a week so I'm going to do another type of workout until I I find another job.. So this is my workout: Monday, wendsday, Friday; I do 30 straight mins of pilatease, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; I do squats into shoulder raise/ with 50lbs dumbbells "5x5, and the Ab wheel roller for my abs, and that's it. So do you think I'd get results from this?? I mean hey, some working out is better than nothing....

Should differential fluid be in the axle?

I have a small leak of differential gear oil in the gasket of my axle vacuum motor for my 4 wheel drive about a 12-15 inches down the axle from the differential. Is the gear oil supposed to lube the axle or is the differential leaking internally? I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500.

Vivid dream about something wierd?

Hello everyone :) okay, so this year, i have been having really wierd dreams. In the past, I usually dream but i don't usually remember them. I usually only have one dream a night. But this year, every night, my dreams have been so vivid. Also, i dream a series of dreams every night, which never happened to me before. But last night, my first dream was my usual recurring dream of waking up and getting ready for school, always rushing trying not to miss the bus. Then All of a sudden, i'm at school, doing work, going to ALL my classes, and i actually had to think, cuz i actually thought that i was taking a chemistry test. After school got out, i found myself walking ON a railroad. (I live near a railroad by the river, but my they don't cross paths.) there were leaves all over the tracks wich got stuck to my shoes. When i got home, I ran upstairs, to go put all my books away. When i came down stairs, i found four leaves on the stairs, i picked them up and threw them outside. Then All of a sudden i was at McDonalds with my friends. I ordered a McChicken haha. But whe i was eating it, i pulled out metal springs and steel bolts out of my sandwich. Then I see a blonde guy (my age...17) looking over at me. He had A HUGE red heart shaped box. He gave it to me, and a love letter. It was a letter that confessed his feelings for me since third grade. It was a super long letter, front and back. I have never seen him in my life before. But anyways, this was a REALLY long description, sorry :( i wanted to put more things in, but i dont want to bore you guys. Okay so ive been learning how to drive for a while now and at first the problem was braking! either too soon or too latee, and my dad would get frustated so idid even worsee lol the problem now is turning. ikinda went on the curb and iget scared when the steering wheel is turning backk. also ineed help on keeping a steedy speed. so over all ineed help on stopping, turning, an keeping a steady speed. so everything! lol

Can something hurt years after you injure it?

I got into a car accident in 2008 and my right knee smashed into the front of the car, like the paneling underneath the steering wheel. I wasn't injured at all, no cuts or anything. The EMTs checked my leg at the scene and said it was ok; they asked if I wanted to go the hospital and get it x-rayed or something but I said no. For the past year or so, I've been getting pains on and off in my knee. They can get pretty bad. It doesn't matter if I'm walking or moving it or not. I haven't injured it at all since the accident. It seems almost random. I haven't been to the doctor about it yet. Since it's the same knee, is it possible that this pain is from the car accident, even if it happened such a while ago? Thanks.

Is it a driving safety hazard to drive with warped brake rotors?

I have a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt LS Sedan with 93,000 miles. When I drive down a steep hill and press on the brakes, the steering wheel shakes and I can hear it,and when I drive fast on the highway the steering shakes but not as much as driving down a hill without pressing the brakes. I called the mechanic and he said it is warped brake rotors. I had my rotors changed in April 2011 and this problem has been happening for over a year. I am scheduled to see the front end mechanic to see if that is the problem and I may just get my rotors replaced or fixed. Your thoughts? The Mechanic said I should get with the last mechanic whom changed my brake rotors, but I will see when I get my cars front end checked and he said it's not an alignment problem, but a brake rotor problem? How much are titanium brake rotors?
