When the Obama administration talks about spending $53 billion on high speed rail what makes it more important?

He's doing all this deliberately. No one in their right mind thinks you can spend your way out of debt all the while owing interest on the debt to a nation that hates us. Amtrak is another failed government run project, now he wants to add to it. No one has a job, why would they need high speed rail. He's an idiot.
