My grownup neighbor hates me, but our daughters are very good friends. What do I do?

She has been angry at me since I borrowed her steam cleaner and it broke. I paid to have it repaired asap (this was 2 years ago.). She tends to leave her daughter at friends' houses after school until she finishes her work and grocery shopping. Two of our neighbors moved to a different neighborhood so now she's out 2 "free sitters". As soon as we got back from a trip, she and her hubby left their daughter at my house for a play date, then called 2 times to say, "can we have more time out, We're still on a date". Our daughters are still best friends. She speaks nicely to me only in front of other people when I host a gathering for the girls. Otherwise, she just completely ignores me. I get anxious when I see her and have to even be ignored again. What can I do? I try to pray for her, but it's tough. We still have mutual friends, but she has verbally said "I never want you to call me, email me or try to be friends with me. " Got any advice? She'll live down the street from us until someone moves...We're staying put for at least 10 years.
